OVERNIGHT OATS

Let's make an easy, healthy and flavorsome breakfast

Overnight oats


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
  • 1 serving of any fruits of your choice
  • Topping with seeds, nuts, dried fruit and spices

How to make?

  • Mix rolled oats, milk, greek yogurt, chia seed and maple syrup in a jar.
  • Place the jar intje fridge overnight.
  • Add your favourite fruit and toppings the next morning.

Why is it good for you?

  •  Rich in fibre, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
  • Less time to prepare.
  • Helps with digestion, weight loss, and lowering blood cholesterol.
