1. Treatment After Registration:
Every patient will begin receiving treatment within 30 minutes after completing registration.
2. Emergency Ambulance Response:
Response to emergency ambulance calls will be provided within 15 minutes.
3.Medication Waiting Time:
The waiting time to receive medication after a prescription is issued is 20 minutes or less.
4.Respect and Confidentiality:
Every patient will be treated with respect, and the confidentiality of patients’ personal information will always be safeguarded.
5.On-Call Duty Response:
Response to on-call duties will be provided within 20 minutes or less.
