Tuna on toast


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tuna can 5oz
  • 1 medium tomato (sliced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Calories: 490kcal

How to make?

  • Toast the whole grain bread
  • Slice avocado and arrange over each piece of bread
  • Drain and flake tuna with fork
  • Divide the tuna among the 2 pieces of bread
  • Put sliced tomato on top
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper
