INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Tuna can 5oz
- 1 medium tomato (sliced)
- Salt
- Pepper
Calories: 490kcal
How to make?
- Toast the whole grain bread
- Slice avocado and arrange over each piece of bread
- Drain and flake tuna with fork
- Divide the tuna among the 2 pieces of bread
- Put sliced tomato on top
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
