OVERNIGHT OATS
Let's make an easy, healthy and flavorsome breakfast
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
- 1 serving of any fruits of your choice
- Topping with seeds, nuts, dried fruit and spices
How to make?
- Mix rolled oats, milk, greek yogurt, chia seed and maple syrup in a jar.
- Place the jar intje fridge overnight.
- Add your favourite fruit and toppings the next morning.
Why is it good for you?
- Rich in fibre, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
- Less time to prepare.
- Helps with digestion, weight loss, and lowering blood cholesterol.
