MEDITERRANEAN INSPIRED CHICKEN WRAP
Let's make an easy, healthy and flavorsome breakfast
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium size chicken breast
- Hummus (optional)
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 t/spoon black pepper
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 1 t/spoon mint
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dill
- salt and pepper
- avocado, tomato, cucumber, leafy green salad
- 3-4 tortillas

HOW TO MAKE?
- chop chicken in bite sizes
- cook the chicken in a non-stick pan with olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, chilli flakes, black pepper, and dried mint until chicken is golden brown
- chopped avocado, tomato, cucumber and add on leafy salad
- garlic yogurt sauce: mix the yogurt with 1 garlic clove, a pinch of salt and the dill
- put chicken on top of tortilla in the centre, followed by veggies and garlic sauce
- wrap it all together in a tortilla
