CHICKEN PORRIDGE

Let's make an easy, healthy and flavorsome breakfast

Chicken porridge


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rice
  • 10 cups water
  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • Ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Vegetables - cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, celery and green onions

Calories : 400kcal

How to make?

  • Boil rice with 10 cups of water
  • Add chicken breasts when water comes to boil
  • Add salt and pepper and reduce heat to simmer about 30 minuses
  • Add ginger, vegetables and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the porridge
