CHICKEN PORRIDGE
Let's make an easy, healthy and flavorsome breakfast
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rice
- 10 cups water
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- Ginger
- Salt and pepper
- Sesame oil
- Vegetables - cauliflower, carrot, broccoli, celery and green onions
Calories : 400kcal
How to make?
- Boil rice with 10 cups of water
- Add chicken breasts when water comes to boil
- Add salt and pepper and reduce heat to simmer about 30 minuses
- Add ginger, vegetables and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil to the porridge
